Plans
The drawings in English language drafted in CAD program are printed A1 size sheets. All curved parts are printed in full scale for simple templates making. The construction manual and material list are included.
Important notice: The Basic kit parts are not described in plans.
Basic kit
This kit is mandatory for construction. Contains main wing, elevator and fin spars and pultruded carbon strips for fuselage reinforcements. The hinges are mounted onto elevator spar and fin spar is fitted with bushes and connection pin. All spars have caps made of carbon fibre and are manufactured from certified materials. The “+” kit version also includes a finished fuselage tunnel.
Construction time of plane using Basic kit and Plans: 800-1200 hrs
Starter kit – rudder
This kit is suitable for builders without any former experience with wood-foam construction. The kit contains all construction material including hardware, pre-cut ribs, full scale drawings, construction manual, glue and varnish.
Airframe Material kit
The includes all parts required for construction of airframe from the FW backwards. The kit contains pre-cut wood, CNC cut plywood parts, pre-cut XPS ribs, complete undercarriage, controls, hardware, all composite pre-molded parts and canopy shield ready to use. Plans and construction manual. The kit can be delivered in groups without increased price.
Construction time: 800-1100 hours
Airframe 51% kit
The wings are finished to the stage of upper skin glued on structure. The fuselage is prepared to the QB stage without glued on tank and fin. The construction of the tails and flaperons is left on builder. The undercarriage, controls, hardware, composite pre-molded parts, plans and construction manual are included. The kit can be partially delivered in groups without increased price.
Construction time: 400-700 hours
Airframe Quick build kit
The kit contains finished fuselage including fin, wings, flaperons, elevator and rudder ready for primer paint. Parts of complete canopy, seat, undercarriage, controls, hardware, plans and construction manual are included.
Construction time: 200-400 hours
