The Advanced Kit is designed for builders who prefer a more streamlined construction process with many components pre-finished, allowing for a quicker and more straightforward assembly.
Kit Contents and Construction
- Airframe Structure: The kit includes all airframe structure components, fully finished and ready for assembly.
- Wood Parts: All wood parts come pre-varnished, saving you time and ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Included Components: The kit also includes all parts for the complete undercarriage, controls, hardware, seat belts, and upholstery. Detailed plans and a construction manual are provided to guide you through the remaining assembly steps.
- Builder’s Tasks: Installation of controls in the fuselage, undercarriage assembly, installation of systems, paint, and engine installation are left to the builder. This approach allows for some hands-on involvement while minimizing the more complex aspects of construction.
Optional Features
Optional features are available, ranging from parachute rescue system preparation to the final paint application, allowing you to customize the kit to your preferences and needs.
Kit Specifications
- Items Not Included: The kit does not include the Firewall-Forward (FWF) kit, engine, instruments, or paint. These items will need to be sourced separately.
- Construction Time: Estimated construction time ranges from 300 to 600 hours, depending on your experience and the complexity of the chosen options.
